C F Controls can install systems to detect carbonised bread, un-removed loafs / part loafs, and foreign bodies such as hair nets and deppaning suckers. The system can also be used to remove badly dented tins preventing problems with automatic stackers.

By using a special array of CLASS 2 Lasers, these systems can be as accurate as the bakery require.

As with double dough detection, operators can be signaled by an alarm, or a complete reject system with holding conveyor can be installed.
