Braces - 800g & 400g Stand alone.

Brace's Bakery in South Wales have recently installed a stand alone system capable of both 800g and 400g tins.

The system incorporates a Tin Stop, Alarm and HMI for ease use by line operators.
Frank Roberts - Cheshire

Frank Roberts bakery have a complete Double Dough Detection & Rejection System that has drastically reduced the amount of waste dough produced.
The System scans standard 'catering' and round bottom 'BLOOMER' tins.

Stockport - 'B' Plant
Left image (Before) - Lasers, Cameras & Background Suppressed Proximity Sensors have all been replaced by one C F Controls System.

Right Image (After) - Single system controlled by a Mitsubishi FX1N PLC.
Avonmouth - Lanham Plant

A 'Fully Integrated' system with a reject / holding station fitted to an existing Lanham Plant with a MODICON PLC.

The system incorporates it own HMI featuring full product tracking / waste / downtime etc.
