We recently applied our expertise in positioning and motion control to a fully automated Hot Cross Bun Crossing System.

The system can switch between various tray types, easily compensates for variations in product size and features and automatic cleaning / purging cycle once crossing is complete.

Unlike a conventional automated bun crosser, where the trays are stopped then the buns crossed, the new C F Controls system crosses all buns whilst the tray is moving.

The C F Controls System allows for a quicker throughput and optimises space.
